Dossier officially in China

We found out that our dossier made it to China. Thank goodness for that. We also found out there is a problem with one of our documents. So we need to get the document redone and then have it triple certified again.

We were also told we can expect an 11 month wait based on the current referral times, however, other adoption blogs have indicated that the wait may be longer. I guess we'll have to see as time goes by. We'll keep you posted.

Today is a big day

Today is the day our dossier is sent to CHINA!!! That was the first thought on my mind this morning. I hope they ship in the the early morning mail, instead of the late afternoon or evening mail. The sooner it gets to China, the better!

I've never really celebrated Cinco de Mayo, but I will be celebrating today.

I'll update you later on how we got to this point, but tomorrow our dossier will be sent to China. We are so happy about this. This is one big step toward our journey to Lindsey!
