Sorry we haven't written in sooo long. So much has happened. We are waiting for our TA for a very special little girl. She's from Xuancheng in the Anhui Province. Her name is Xiali and she's 19 months old. Here are our stats: DTC 5/5/06, LID 5/17/06, LOI 8/31/06 and now the big wait for TA.
We've been preparing..we painted Xiali's room and put a crib and dresser together. We painted her desk and put her bookcase together too. DH and I went to get our shots today, so that's all done. Gramma had a shower for Xiali on Sunday. She received so many wonderful gifts!! It's really so amazing.
The wait to TA is very difficult, we are on day 56. Not too shabby. Hopefully we will be in the next batch!!! That would be the greatest news ever.
